Fitness February

Throughout the month of February, I want to love myself more unconditionally. On Saturday which was 1st, I went for a 7000km walk and hiking; gave myself a facial treatment for some smooth, glowing, soft face and yesterday- Monday the 3rd, I started my lemon detox journey and I’m cutting low on carbs to keep me full and fit. This is going to be a long journey, but the outcome will be totally worth it.

The craze for fitness is one that is totally worth all the time, energy, money and pain because the results simply make you healthier and happier. My waist line is currently 34 inches and by the end of the month, I need it to drop all the way down to 30, but that can only take some level of determination, discipline and diligence on my path and I’ll starve myself if I have to.

This is going to be pretty challenging, but I’m gaming in this one and embracing it with everything I have. Carbs are besties because it gives so much sweetness, goodness, keeps you full, energizes and keeps you coming, but my relationship with carbs will have to be on hold for a while. I have to take a break to breathe a while. Do what you must to get what you must… Stay Fit in February!!!!!!!
